Ukraine is about the size of Texas. But, there is a much larger population. And I think the area is less environmentally diverse.
The people are also more homogenous. At least compared to the USA. Although, as you walk around, you will see a range of people. I will try to update this with some pictures.
In one word, the people are “beautiful.” Well. The kids and the women are beautiful. Like most men, the men are kinda plain.

My Mom’s family is from Ukraine. That makes me half Ukrainian (the other half is Irish). I’ve never been to Ukraine but would love to go. As a kid, my Mom took me to a Ukrainian Catholic church where I made sacraments. I used to take language lessons but have since forgotten most of the Ukrainian/Russian I know. Not too many people speak Russian in Texas (I have met 2 in San Antonio).
