Friends,
Russian forces in Ukraine are being killed, and Putin is preparing to invade again.
I expect a long hot summer in Ukraine. I expect Putin will take this to a hot war instead of just a cold war. And unlike Georgia, his soldiers are better prepared to wage a war.
