WordPress is having issues. And I apologize for it impacting your user experience.
I have no control over their software.
I am thinking about moving my site to a different host, because of their refusal to fix their software.
This is their second serious slow down of their software which I have reported. They have had previous issues as well.
Honestly? This is very frustrating for me.
Whether you agree with what I write, or just enjoy reading what I write, I do not want your user experience to be negatively affected by someone else.
As a consultant, I NEVER let my users go without real support.
I cannot even call in to report the problem.
And the last time I reported THEIR problem, they black listed me …. so it is difficult for me to even report a problem.
I may have to have my lawyers contact them.
